I grew up in New Hampshire and after a 15 year stint in Las Vegas, I relocated to Paso Robles, CA. My childhood food memories are East Coast, I saw the infinite possibilities of food styles in Las Vegas, and now love and appreciate the farm to table attitude of Central Coast California. I love to smoke, bbq, and grill food; however I don't stick to any one style (Southern, Tennessee, Kansas City, Texas, etc.). I take what I like from everything out there and smash it together into food that I feel is fun and exciting.
I like to get creative, keep things interesting, and serve food that you can't get elsewhere. I put twists on old favorites and use tradition to make things new again. If you want food that will leave your guests smiling, that's my goal.
Your gathering with your friends and family will be about creating memories. I want to be part of that experience. Sharing food together should be bonding time, sharing time, and growing time. I will do everything I can to elevate and enhance that experience for you.
